There’s just something magical about beach food — it’s finger-licking good, sun-soaked, and made for sharing. It’s not just about satisfying your hunger; it’s about that carefree vibe, the laughter, the flavors, and the joy of eating with your hands while the waves crash nearby.

  • Spend your summer on Gotland’s stunning west coast, leading our passionate team at Surflogiet. We’re looking for a service-minded Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire staff, and deliver unforgettable experiences.

    You will lead and develop a team of servers, bartenders, and runners. The leader of the pack. You do the onboarding and make sure everyone is ready for a fun and hectic summer on the beach!

    Manage scheduling, purchasing for the bar, and compliance with food safety standards. You collaborate tightly with the Food & Beverage Manager and Head Chef to refine menus and routines. This is a team effort! And lastly you are eager to keep our focus on sustainability using local, organic ingredients.

    You
    Substantial experience in restaurant management and team leadership is a must. With a love or curiosity for seasonal operations, experience from a ski or summer season is a huge plus. You are organized, guest-focused, and passionate about sustainability. Flexible, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong F&B knowledge.

    Start part-time remotely in February, and join us full-time on-site from May to September.

  • Join us on the breathtaking beach of Tofta to lead our kitchen with a focus on sustainability and unforgettable flavors. We’re looking for a positive and innovative Head Chef to inspire our team and create exceptional culinary experiences.

    You will lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring quality and creativity in our menus. You will plan, purchase, and manage inventory with a focus on local and organic ingredients.

    A tight collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager. Together we ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

    You
    Experienced chef with leadership skills and a passion for sustainability. You are skilled in menu development, from appetizers to event dishes.

    Flexible, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We hope you have an interested in local, seasonal, and sustainable food production.

    Start part-time remotely in January, planning menus and supplier coordination. Full-time on-site work begins in May through September.

  • As the first pretty face one will see, you lead by example, welcome guests with warmth, and ensure every dining experience is unforgettable.

    Greet guests, manage seating, and provide menu recommendations. You lead and organize restaurant staff, assisting with section scheduling and daily operations.

    Handling of reservations, pre-orders, service meetings, and till closings are also a part of your role. And together we ensure smooth opening and closing procedures and uphold service routines.

    When the Restaurant Manager is not there you are the go-to!

    You
    Social, confident, and service-focused, with excellent people skills. And calm as a cucumber under pressure. Food and beverage knowledge, with a passion for sustainability is a plus.

    Fluent in Swedish and English, we have guests from all over the place.

  • As a server, you’ll be the light of the place, greeting guests with a smile and sharing stories to create memorable experiences. Your role will involve providing first-class service, being knowledgeable about the menu, and offering thoughtful recommendations. You'll ensure that the restaurant is tidy and organized, assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner. From taking orders and talking about Surflogiet to opening and closing the restaurant, you’ll maintain high standards of service throughout your shift.

    We’re looking for someone who is a social butterfly, confident, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, always putting the guest experience first while working as part of a close-knit team. With great food and beverage knowledge, you’ll confidently share your expertise with guests. Proficiency in Swedish and English is important, and your drive and focus on results will help you excel in this role.

  • At Surflogiet, our team comes together daily to craft and serve delicious and sustainable drinks and dishes. We welcome guests with our unique personalities, creating genuinely personal experiences that result in unforgettable moments.

    With a strong focus on sustainability, you'll work in an environment that prioritizes local and organic ingredients, reuse, repurpose, recycles, and is plastic-free for the benefit of the environment. We love gotlandic products, and if not gotlandic then Swedish produced.

    You will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas and knowledge in to the bar menu. We love to collab with the kitchen, so prepare to be creative!

    You are a social and confident personality, ensuring high standards in the bar while staying structured and focused on guest satisfaction.

    Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages in general. Stress-resistant and accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a team.

  • Join our dynamic team at Surflogiet, where we work together to create memorable experiences for our guests.

    As a dishwasher, barback, or runner, you'll play an essential role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently. You'll help maintain a clean and organized kitchen by ensuring all dishes are washed and stored properly, supporting the bar team by keeping supplies stocked and ready, and assisting the waitstaff by delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and organized manner.

    We’re looking for people who are hardworking, reliable and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You don’t need previous experience, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team. For a dishwasher/barback however, experience is a plus. Flexibility and good communication skills are key as you’ll work alongside different departments to ensure everything runs seamlessly. If you’re ready to be part of a fun and energetic team that takes pride in providing excellent service, Surflogiet is the place for you!

  • We are looking for a talented and passionate chef with either formal culinary education or significant experience in the field. As a person, you are flexible, quality-focused, independent and service-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the unique interaction that comes with working in an open kitchen.

  • Are you a positive and service-minded person who loves going the extra mile for guests? Then you might be the one we’re looking for!

    As a team member at the beach, you will be the first point of contact for our tent guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, staying calm while providing excellent service. Your tasks will include:

    Handling check-ins and check-out. Managing front and back-office tasks. Taking phone bookings and responding to inquiries
    Meeting and warmly welcoming our guests

    We are looking for someone who is flexible, quick to learn, and organized, as the role requires handling various systems and tasks. The work involves varying daytime hours.

    As part of the housekeeping team, you’ll ensure our tents meet the highest standards and add those extra touches that make them unforgettable. You’ll also help keep common areas like showers, toilets, and the sauna sparkling clean.

    This role involves working both independently and as part of a team, with varied daytime hours. A strong mind and resilience and you will be the smoothest tent keeper there is. You're thorough and have a keen eye for detail.

  • Are you an early bird with a passion for service? Join us at Surflogiet and set the tone for the day for our tent guests!

    As our Breakfast Artist, you’ll ensure breakfast is prepared on time and delivered to the tents. You’ll also be the first person our guests meet in the morning, so a calm, confident, and service-minded attitude is essential.

    Your tasks include preparing and delivering breakfast baskets, cleaning the breakfast kitchen, managing inventory and placing order.

    Workdays start at 06:30, and the season runs from June to August.

Through a blend of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, we offer a comprehensive wellness experience that nurtures both the body and mind. Our thoughtfully crafted sessions create a tranquil space where you can cultivate inner strength, alleviate stress, and find clarity in the peaceful surroundings of nature.

  • Do you have a passion for nurturing the body and soul? We’re looking for a calm, empathetic, and inspiring presence to join Surflogiet and create meaningful experiences for our guests.

    As a Yoga & Breathwork Instructor, you’ll work independently, sharing your expertise in yoga and breathwork to guide and uplift our guests. A deep knowledge of these practices is essential, along with a strong sense of responsibility for delivering high-quality sessions.

  • Knowledge of holistic well-being and a calming presence, is that something that describes you?

    We’re looking for a trained massage therapist, but we’re also open to other therapeutic or alternative methods. Knowledge of yoga and breathwork is a plus. In this role, you’ll work independently, taking full responsibility for delivering high-quality treatments that nurture the body and soul.

  • As an activity host at Surflogiet, you will be responsible for leading our water activities and managing our equipment, including surfboards, SUP boards, and kayaks. You will organize and lead activities for children aged 6-15 in the mornings and host adults for SUP or surf classes in small and large groups. Including conference groups, where you will host our Beach Camps!

    We are looking for a skilled instructor with strong surfing and SUP experience. Your role offers some freedom but requires structure and organization on your part to ensure activities run smoothly and safely.

    You are an enthusiastic, friendly “people person” who is confident in your skills and knowledge. Creative and flexible, you understand that the weather and the group dynamics will set the conditions for each session. You are good with children and know how to see and acknowledge them, creating a positive and supportive environment.
